This hair growth mission exceeded my expectations on so many fronts. I signed up because I was interested in making a great hair loving shampoo without all the bad ingrediënts. What I got was that and a well set up course to REALLY understand how hair care works. I will never think about hair care the same and feel empowered to make the right choices for my hair and, in fact, for my health in general. Very positive experience ❤️

I just finished Sarah’s challenge and I was totally not expecting how hollistic, specific and well- organised this whole ezperience will be! We did a review of our haircare products using and app, educated ourselves about sillicones, sulphates, nutrition and exercises for healthy hair. And this challenge keeps you accountable and in touch with community :) And our home made shampoo - so amazing ! Effects visible just after one use ! Highly recommend!

The 14-day hair care challenge has been game changing! I have struggled with my hair even since I was a pre-teen. I’ve joined this challenge because lately my hair was getting worse and worse and I don’t know why. My hair was thinning, breaking, was dry and my ends started splitting. There was so much to learn and unlearn about how to take care of your hair! I learned that I was not getting nearly enough protein each day and I am deficient in some minerals as well. I also loved making my own shampoo. It has done wonders for my hair so far! The daily modules were just the right amount of time to dedicate to. I really enjoyed it!

I really loved doing the 14 day challenge so much, I'd like to join the Hairqare lab in future. The challenge was definitely worth the price I paid, I was hesitant spending the money at first but it seemed like it would be helpful and it ended up being even better than I expected.
