Big NO! What I hated the most is all the shot talk about empowering women by freeing them from hair industry marketing while they do the exact same thing. The 14 days challenge is nothing more than 1 DIY shampoo recipe and some generic stuff about mindfulness, eating proteins and exercise… all the while telling you that in 14 days they cannot give you much more than that and you should buy the extensive program… seriously??? So upset with myself for falling for this!

Just wrapped up an eye-opening 14-day haircare challenge! From DIY shampoo to adding copper to my routine, I’ve been experimenting with ways to reduce hair loss and bring back volume. Pilates in the mornings has me feeling stronger, and I’m trying jojoba oil to add some shine without the extra oiliness. It’s been a great reminder that small changes can make a big impact on self-care. Excited to see where this journey leads

I can only recommend her course! She could easily sell her own hair brand at the end of her course but instead she shows you how to make your own shampoo, save money and have simply better, healthier hair with all natural ingredients. I learned a lot about todays industry and had to throw couple of hair products that did harm to my hair. My hair now is healthier than ever! Thank you!

For a few years, I have been trying to get a grip on the quality of my hair. I switched to shampoos that were paraben free, silicone free, sulphate free, but my hair was still becoming thinner. I noticed more hair loss on my bruss. My hair didn't grow as much as I wanted it to. I decided to look online for information and then I found out about the 14-day Hairqare challenge by Sarah. These past 14 days have been an eye-opener. Learning about the harmful products in regular shampoos and conditioners and why we do need sometimes sulphates and silicons in our hair. I also learned about protein intake, meditation, and that exercising is very important for your hair. I also made my own DIY Shampoo and enjoyed it very much. I really enjoyed this challenge and will continue to take care of my health and my hair.

I just did with my 14-day challenge and I am so glad I participated.I have been trying to improve my hair for so long but with no lasting success.On this challenge I have learned so much for which I am so grateful.It is not just just another hair improvement mission but a real life changer for a healthier life and gives so simple tips attainable for everyone:)I can only recommend it!

I've been eyeing this challenge for a while and finally decided to give it a try in the last two weeks. I have to say that it is worth every penny! It gives you a general understanding of haircare ingredients, practices and what to avoid if you want healthy hear. My perception of haircare will never be the same. The tools I gained through this challenge (videos, reading materials, exercise, recipes and much more) are lifechanging and that's not an exaggeration! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take control of their hair health and make it shine for the long run!

If you are hesitating about buying this challenge, do it. It will be a game changer. Just take into account that you have to invest your time, so be ready to put in some effort. If you are willing, then go ahead and buy it. Another thing is that you can't expect any noticeable changes in such a short time. Can you have them? Yes, but the real results will come after some more time. I am aware of that, so I will keep improving my health and my hair. I hope this helped!
