Pretty disappointed, honestly
I have to agree with the person who said that this course was mostly false advertising/a marketing scheme to sell a much more expensive product. It was discouraging to learn just enough information to know which products to throw away, but not enough to know how to actually find products that work, especially when the market is flooded with products that have blacklisted ingredients. It was nice to learn how to make a daily use shampoo, but at a minimum I feel we should've also learned how to make a conditioner and a sulfate shampoo, since she recommends that we use one, and since several people have tried to find one without blacklisted ingredients and haven't been able to. I also noticed that Sarah's response to the other person who indicated they were dissatisfied with the course was quite defensive, and I would've liked to see her be a bit more receptive to the feedback. The two most important things I did learn from this course that work for me are tracking my protein intake and the effect that seems to be having on my hair, and doing an aloe scalp mask a couple of hours before washing my hair. Other than that, I can't say I'm taking away too much that I can really use.
