I enjoyed the 14-day challenge, and I felt like it was worth the price paid. I learned a lot and it will help me focus more deeply on how to improve my hair health. My biggest disappointment was the touted contest to win a slot in the longer 5 week class. The person that supposedly won seemed to be a new name. I had been very active in the posting boards the whole 2 weeks and the name was not familiar to me. I went back to the posting board after the name was announced and searched for the person, but found nothing posted by them (we have to post everyday to get contest entries) and I also checked on the HGL FB page, and that person hadn't posted there either. Seemed very suspicious to me. Overall the program was helpful, but the final day of a 45-minute sales pitch for the longer program and a "winner" who didnt seem to even be in the program, left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I have joined the 14-day challenge! I would like to say that I am very much grateful that I have joined the challenge and that it was worth the money. I have learned so many new things about the haircare and not only that - I have learned much more about my overall health and wellbeing and the most important I know now how to achieve it! I see Sarah and her team how much work you put in there and you truly convince me about the information you put in there. Thanks for opening my eyes to this and I am eager to find out more about my haircare! Thank you!

I can recommend the Better Hair Challenge to everyone who is struggling with their hair and dreams of beautiful, strong, shiny and healthy strands. The programme is comprehensive and well-laid out. It incorporates advice on how to improve your hair from a variety of angles, from right and wrong products to use on your hair and scalp, to a strategy for boosting your overal health to optimise it for hair growth. The advice addresses both the elimination of bad practices as well as inclusion of good ones. I was impressed by how scientific the programme was, backing all claims with factual data and offering recipes devised with chemists. Even the recommended meditation course is grounded in psychological research rather than focusing on spiritual practices it originated from. I also appreciated the authors' honesty in keeping the program suitable for each hair type while stressing that it might not solve all of our problems. Also, at no point did I feel like Hair Growth Lab is trying to sell me something I don't want or need. Conversely, I am now equipped with information that will allow me to save money on my haircare practices in the future. The only criticism I have is that HGL could do a better job making the challenge more gender-inclusive. I'm sure women aren't the only gender with hair problems. Overall, the programme is a great value for money that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Hairgrowth 14 days challenge I can only say nice words about this challenge. For me it was an eye-opener and I was surprised that hair are such a science. It is definitely worth the money (I was lucky to get it for the discounted price due to Covid, though), because it is full of information, guidance and how-to tips. Plus, I absolutely loved making my own shampoo. I wish I knew all this stuff ages ago!

Sarah is super passionate about what she does and I love that - it is so easy to see that come through her videos. This Challenge was more in depth than I had expected and was filled with lots of take home work you could do to further what you had learnt that day. I am excited to implement more of the things I learnt through this challenge and see how it impacts my hair. When I heard about the mission that Sarah and her team had in empowering women through hair care I was curious. I entered the 14 day challenge with newfound hope that I too could one day have great hair! I found out that genetics only play a 25% part of the hair you have! That leaves up to 75% of control in your hands! I was so pleased to learn so many practical tips on how to care for my hair and achieve immediate results. But the part that I value the most was that I was taught how to invest in my overall health which contributes in a big way to hair health! My life has been changed and I will be going forward with new habits that have been established over these past 2 weeks! Thank you Sarah and team for bringing along on this journey, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part what you are doing! It was so fun!!

It may seem at first that this challenge is just a scheme to take your money. After the first video, you quickly realize that you are going to learn a LOT more than you expected. After the first week, you realize that this is already starting to work for your own hair. And after the second week, you see that this course is about integrating lifelong health, self-love, and a soul-searching journey into your haircare journey. I truly went through some real changes in just two weeks, some of them visibly in my hair, or in my diet, but others were profound realizations. Just wow. I'm so happy. Girl (and guys too duh) of course you should invest in your hair and health! And Sarah is the one to tell you how

I just took the 14-day challenge from Sarah Tran and it was honestly a fun experience. I'm not gonna lie I was super skeptical and thought I wasn't going to benefit from anything but now that I've completed this challenge I really want to continue to learn how to better my hair even further. I've struggled with hair loss for quite some time and have debated on going to the doctors to see if they can help me but I never could commit to investing so much money into pills and treatments. That said, I wanted to figure out how to control my hair through natural ways such as learning how to make my own shampoo and what to look for in products. Although I haven't fully achieved my goals in terms of my hair, I think I'm on the right steps to getting better hair by implementing these techniques and tips into my hair care routine.
