This challenge was packed with so much information! It gives you knowledge that you will be able to use for the rest of your life so that you can make informed decisions. The community is really friendly and I believe this challenge has given me the knowledge to finally allow my hair to grow (which is the struggle I had). The information you receive with this challenge is so exclusive and it's been broken down really easily for anyone to understand.

The 14 day haircare challenge was really interesting and worth the time. It did take more time than I expected, but I will just continue to readjust everything I learned over the last weeks to make sure my routine is optimal for my hair profile. For people with thin, broken hair or just hair that does not grow like you want to, this is a perfect challenge! You always get support from the community and the people from the hair growth lab when you have a question or worry. Friendly people and an informative course! Only too bad that the next step to continue is so expensive...

I learned a lot in this 14 day challenge about my hair and I hope that it will completely change my hair in the long term. This challenge was difficult and time consuming. It also doesn’t give you as much information as you might need, so they also have a 5 week program. For a start this challenge is great!

I attended the 14-day hair care challenge and had a great time getting educated on all things hair. It was good to also experiment with a DIY shampoo. I will be continuing my hair journey beyond the challenge.

An excellent life changing 14 days hair care challenge. It was more then just a hair care challenge. I have learnt so much about the overall well being. My lifestyle is imoroved to a great extend in just 14 days. From my eating habits to work outs, sleeping habits to stress management, this course has it all covered. A fun loving great course with a great and supportive community. Thank you for making this 14 days challenge.

I took the 14-day challenge as I was eager to learn how to make my own shampoo. The experience right from day 1 was educational, fun, and taught me much more than I thought this experience would. I feel that this challenge taught me how to (finally) take care of myself. I was not expecting this challenge to be as radical and life-changing as it has been! I can't say enough great things about Sarah and the experience I have had over the course of the two weeks. I am beyond impressed!

I am so happy I came across this challenge!! Sarah gives you SO much information and really goes in depth about the things we do daily to harm our hair. I’ve learned so much and already have noticed some differences in my very fine/thin hair. I can’t wait to see how good it looks applying these practices daily! Highly recommend!

This challenge was a great way to reflect and undo bad lifestyle habits that I had no idea were not healthy for my hair and body. I love that the information here is for a lifetime so that whenever I am making purchases for hair products or want to review my routine, I can always come back and refer to the information. This was a fun and amazing journey of hair care for me and I encourage every woman out there to give it a try.
