I LOVED the 14 Day Challenge! I learned so many things I didn't know or had wrong about hair. I work in a health food store in the cosmetics department and we sell a lot of shampoo and other hair care products, and even despite this, I was able to learn so much more from this program that I wasn't even aware of before. I highly recommend this for anyone who is willing to put in the work to better their hair, because it really does work if you commit to the lifelong challenge of taking care of yourself and your hair!

I just finished the 14 day hair lab challenge! I can tell that Sarah put a lot of thought, time, and effort into creating this program. She's genuine, down to earth, and super knowledgeable about hair care, which is intimately connected to self care and health in general! I feel like I've only scratched the surface and am excited to continue to learn more on my hair care journey. 🤗

Really good challenge for beginners! I learned why I was damaging my hair till I took it and what to do to nourish it, so that it can grow strong and beautiful. Fully recommended :)

I just completed the 14 day haircare challenge, what a fun experience! I learned so much about how important nutrition and exercise are to our hair. I honestly had no idea. My favorite part about the course was making my own shampoo. From now on I will read every single ingredient in all haircare products to make sure that they are not blacklisted. I took the 14 day challenge and it completely changed my view on hair care. I always had trouble with my hair and could never find anything that can help. I found this program and decided to go for it, what is the worst thing that can happen. I learned so much in the program. I learned that there are so many ingredients in my hair care routine that are not good, food and exercise play a huge role, and having the correct vitamins is important. Making the shampoo from scratch was the absolute best thing in the program. I love working with my hands, and this was so much fun to make. Highly recommend this program to anyone.

I took the 14 hair challenge because I am experiencing hair loss for the first time ever. I always had long abs colored treated hair before. I was a very uniformed consumer when it comes to hair and products. I cut my hair to a non and will start over again. This challenge gave me so much knowledge and I feel more empowered now. I also feel stronger emotionally due to all the support and group discussions. I will definitely be a more aware consumer now. Don’t wait until hair loss becomes an issue get informed and empowered even if you believe you have good hair.
