I really learned a new way of viewing hair care. I realised that I was paying expensive amounts of money ultimately for products that were probably causing the damage I was trying to get rid of. I learnt about natural products that made my hair feel great, caring for my hair with not only products but nutrients and exercise and saving money.

I completed the 14 day challenge and am very pleased with the amount of information I’ve learned in such a short time. The program was well put together, and Sarah has such a sweet personality. The challenge dives into many aspects that contribute to not just hair and scalp health, but mental and physical health as well- which all relate to each other in certain ways. I really enjoyed learning how to choose safe products, incorporating meditation, and gaining knowledge about the benefits of Aloe. Thank you to Sarah and team for such a fun challenge!

I think it was a great challenge but I don’t know why my hair respond bad to the shampoo and I don’t know if I ruined my hair because no one answers me

Worth it! I have done different workshops and such online, but none have been as professional or well put-together as the 14 Day Hair Challenge. It has been super informative and fun. My hair is happy!

I learned so much from this 14 day haircare challenge! I have recomended it to many of my friends already. The challenge is very thorough, covering not only external hair care, but internal - like foods & recipes, minerals & vitamins, exercise, meditation to manage stress +++ Sarah makes it easy to understand and is genuinely and wholeheartedly interested in helping women gain their confidence and beaing healthy! <3

The challenge has already helped me change my mind about certain things in hair and scalp care. The DIY shampoo is great, my hair is already softer and shinier after the short time, my scalp no longer feels so stressed. I continue with the tips and hope that soon my hair loss will be stopped and my hair will be more beautiful.

Just finished the 14 days challenge! Using the DIY shampoo really make my hair more smooth and less frizzy, really looking forward for the long result! Sarah not only to teach us how to make DIY shampoo but she told us about the bad ingredients on our hair product and the supplement and exercise routine to make our hair better.
