I took part in 14 day hair care challenge and learned very useful hair care hacks. I am very grateful for this challenge bea cause I didn’t know anything about my hair care products, their aims and ingredients at all. So the challenge changed my hair care practices radically and for all my life.

Hi everyone! I had a great time during this challenge and I've learned a lot about haircare. My original concern was my hair loss and I had to find out that probably my quite expensive shampoo and conditioner was the reason behind it. I'm grateful for the amount and quality of information that I received and I just loved the shampoo that we made!! It immediately stopped my hair loss already after one use. I also have to mention the holistic approach. This makes the challenge complete and it made me realise that I have to take care of my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing if I want a healty hair. The reason why I gave only 4 stars is that Sarah mentioned several times the importance of knowing our unique hair profile and I would have loved to get some tests or hints to find that out. I understand that this is probably part of the other program, but still that would have been so very useful. Anyways, this program absolutely worth it, it changed my view about haircare and I'd definitely recomment it! Thank you!!

Hii there! Just want to say i had so much fun and I learned soooo thing about hair amd hair products! Few weeks ago i had a bad experience with my hair! So i have a curly hair and i had a wedding and I didn’t want to straighten my hair cause im trying to take care of it! So I decided to add more volume by adding tape in hair extensions! And ut was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my whole life! After deciding to remove them half of my hair came with them so literally i lost half of my hair! I got in a really bad depression especially after moving away from my family and friends and had a rough pregnancy and then covid stopped me from seeing my family for years I really got depressed! But then i saw this course not just helped me with my hair! She helped me getting over my depression and the stress and I’m thankful for that! She helped me through a lot without her knowing! So i just want to say thank you.

Hello everyone, this is one of the best challenges I took so far. I did not receive such a information from anyone to be able to understand what my hair needs. I am so glad that I found this challenge, it will definitely help me to check what products are good for my hair. I would recommend this challenge for everyone who suffer from hair loss, have ichy scalp, haveany kind of issues with hair. The team was always very helpful and direct to the right path to be able to go thru this challenge also answered all my questions. Really really thank you again very much. You are the best. :)

14 days challenge Review . I feel that the biggest takeaway for me is identifying what caused my hair loss! It was my shampoo and conditioner! I would never have guessed prior to learning about ingredients! Once I stopped using them, there is an immediate noticeable decrease in hair loss. I really like the fact that it is very holistic and covers all aspects of hair care, not just product ingredients, but also our lifestyle , including diet, stress management, exercises, and help us unlearn the misinformation regarding supplements and hair oils, and haircare marketing. I also like how the challenge is conducted and how the reward system keeps me motivated to complete the challenge. However I only took up this challenge because it was at a huge discount of 85% off , and I’m glad I went for it! If there is no discount, I would think it’s too expensive for me and I wouldn’t be able to afford to pay for the full price .

I really like the layout of the whole course and the way it is set out to encourge the students to share knowledge and experiences. It is a very well thought environment. The video course is not that long, which is good for me, I have ADHD and I always find it hard to stay watching videos, but it was easy to follow and not that long. I recommmennd it.

Worth the investment of time and money. Sarah Tran's instruction is practical, down to earth, and very informative! This program gave me valuable tools to more forward toward healthier, better hair.

I found the hair growth lab 14 day class an informative and interesting experience. It has changed the way I look at off the shelf hair products and I think twice about what I put into my hair ! It’s changed my lifestyle routine which I’m absolutely loving !! Just wish the course was longer because I’ve had so much fun !
