It’s far too soon to tell if it’s working, but entire processs is very easy.

It's easy to use but company literature indicates I have to wait 4 months to see results.

I've been using the vitamins over a month and haven't seen any results. I will finish out this bottle and hope for the best. If I do see some results I will probably order them again.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Carrie! The primary function of the vitamins are to support hair health. They do contain DHT blocking products such as Beta Sistosterol and Saw Palmetto as well as MSM for healthy collagen and keratin which are essential to healthy hair growth. Our new hero product, Acceler8 Hair Booster, is light activated and does promote hair growth with the help of either laser light or sun light. Please let us know if there is anything more that we can assist with to make your experience more satisfying.

I have been using the system only a week, but I have high hopes this will work for me. I called customer service once and the young man I talked to was very helpful. So far I am pleased.

Helmet helps but don’t set high expectations. Hair fibers do a good job of filling in spots but gets expensive
Response from HairmaxNov 30, 2018
Thank you for sharing your comment, Chris! We do offer promotions with our fibers and since you have ordered with us regularly you should receive email notifications for those promotions. Please let us know if we may need to update your profile so that you receive the notifications, we want to be sure you have access to any and all specials being offered. Great company deserves a five star evaluation. If only I could suggest something I would ask management to revise shipping procedures so as to fast delivery of products to customers
Response from HairmaxNov 30, 2018
Thank you, Marcos! We truly appreciate you sharing your experience. You're suggestion has been sent to our logistics manager for consideration. We have been looking into alternate carriers for international deliveries and hope to contract with a reliable courier soon. NEW NOTE TO COMPANY REPLAY: I received your reply, and the package has been located. UPS mislabeled the box with a different Unit #. But, I'm concerned that it sounds like you sent me the same refurbished Ultima 12 instead of a brand new one. The original one you sent me never worked - it was dead upon arrival according to the customer service agent who attempted to troubleshoot it via phone. I paid for a new one. And, I just called customer service and they said that if it breaks again within 2 years the item will be replaced for a new one within the next two years not attempted to be repaired again. Is this correct? My original review and complaint: In October, I was sent a non-working device, the Ultima 12. After talking with customer service troubleshooting the device they determined it was indeed broken and provided a return label to send it back. I recieved confirmation it was returned after I mailed it back, and emailed customer service asking when the replacement, a new and properly working device, would be sent. My response from them was “will do”. No further communication has been recieved from them and no device has been sent, now a month later. My last email went unanswered. I have already paid for a device I no longer have. Perhaps someone else at the company will see this complaint and respond properly and send the item I have already paid for. My original order number for the broken device was 37877. - Jon

UPDATE Response: We are glad to hear that your package arrived despite the UPS label issue. It is the determination of our quality team if the warranty devices are to be repaired or replaced. It is not for our customer service representatives to make that determination without inspection of the device. Per our Warranty Policy noted in the back of the user manual, "If this product is determined to be defective, Lexington will repair or replace it, at its option, at no charge during the warranty period." We care about our customers and strive to ensure a quality product and satisfaction with our customers. Thank you for sharing this additional information which will help better customer service experience. Please let us know if there is anything more we can assist with to make your experience more satisfying.
