The product wouldn't adhere to my scalp…
The product wouldn't adhere to my scalp although I followed the instructions completely. It was embarrassing to go out. People were looking at the top of my head, and when I looked in the mirror I saw clumps of fiber on my scalp. I used the product before years ago, but it has definitely changed. I received a refund, but was not refunded the shipping charge. So I actually lost money on the product.

I have used the Laser comb for several…
I have used the Laser comb for several years. I have found it useful. After I had Hair Transplants done, I continued to use it as a supplement to the transplants. There was no damage to the transplanted tissue. I recently purchased a new Ultima 12 unit to replace my older laser comb that lasted many years before finally failing (it just wouldn't activate). Overall I am very satisfied with this product. (The Title of my review was mistakenly labeled "Disappointed." I am not sure who put that on my review. Obviously I was not disappointed.

We've only conducted studies on very light skin because it was easier to collect data. However, we have had very positive testimonials from people of all skin types. The customer service was really excellent
The customer service was really excellent. I forgot to check a box for a promotional savings and they called me back to say that they credited me. When does that ever happen?
