HairmaxReviews of hairmax.com

Very helpful and understanding great customer service with the advice and information. I have ordered two extras for family members. I LOVE my Hairmax 82! I have had amazing results - pictures to follow soon. Quality product and customer service.

I own HAIRMAX FLIP80 that would not charge. After explaining everything to a representative, I was immediately emailed a return shipping label honoring the Hairmax repair warranty. The email explained in depth what had to be done to return the FLIP80 to the Hairmax Team and what actions were going to be done to asset what was wrong. I was even informed when to expect that my machine would be repaired or replaced. The representative was professional, knowledgeable but personable about the situation I was in. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.

When purchasing my second Hair Max Ultima 9 Comb the staff assisting me from the company were very helpful and I am very pleased. I purchased my first comb back in 2020 and used it faithfully and consistently for 3+ years. I had great results with thicker hair along with new growth. I had started losing my hair from age (I'm 71 yrs. old) and possible medications. My dermatologist recommended the Hair Max and I couldn't be happier. Within 3 months I could definitely see improvements. I did purchase the second to ensure I would be getting the same great results as I did with my first comb I felt it had gone beyond its usefulness due to my many hours of use and wanted to be sure I was receiving full benefits of the comb and my efforts. ( I just wanted a new one really Ha.) The company sold me a second one at a great price and I continue to see improvements. I would recommend Hair Max to anyone suffering from thinning hair ...it really worked for me. Thank you so much Hair Max, Sincerely, R. Brunner

I've purchased both the shampoo and conditioner. After shampooing, I rinse my hair and apply the conditioner. I leave it in for about 5 minutes and rinse it off. I let my hair air dry. Magically my frizzies are mostly gone. No, I'm not exaggerating. I love the combination, and have purchased 2 more sets to make sure I don't run out.

Since purchasing this product, my daily routine has significantly improved. It’s clear that every aspect has been crafted with care, from the intuitive and appealing design to the ease of use, making the overall experience not just satisfying but enjoyable.

Emily, the representative I spoke with was extremely informative and patient with all my questions. I am looking forward to receiving the product.

The customer service at Hairmax is OUTSTANDING! I have had to call and have my lasar comb replaced and without any problem or stress Mr Josh Soto had everything under control for me. He was lovely to speak with and solved my issue within minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I wish all big companies had such wonderful and smart people working for them .
