Interested
My initial meeting was great. They answered all my questions and everyone was very nice. I would surely really like to use hair club it would help with my confidence for sure but can't afford the initial cost. The product looks like the best on the market and very realistic and I'm sure no one would ever know. The staff seemed very accommodating.

Outstanding
The experience is always great......the receptionists are friendly and always helpful.....especially, Hilliary. My Stylist is #1.....Thu is OUTSTANDING, Chi is very good also. The only problem I have, and it is significant, is the system often doesn't hold up for the 6-week Diamond plan that I'm on. There is an inconsistency in the product and the process/people who assemble these systems.. I know Marco and my stylists have tried to raise awareness to this issue, but it still exists.......and does not measure up to the cost of my Diamond Plan.

Great service.
Great service, very friendly and helpful but I am in my 6th week and see not much of a difference.

Joni is the best stylist I have ever used. She has a great attitude and really cares about my satisfaction. Petra is so friendly and professional. She always makes me feel so comfortable whenever I arrive at the salon.

Great staff, great service
If you have ever thought about getting a hairpiece but have had any concerns or reservations, please meet the team at Hair Club Indy. I've been a highly satisfied customer there for at least 20 years. They will take great care of you and you will wonder why you ever hesitated. You'll look great and the staff there are all exceptional.

A great company with an equal alternative to hair transplants.
I have been a member for many years and have enjoyed the services of HCM. They offer a fool proof technique for hair restoration with excellent styling that duplicates your natural hair type. Throughout the years I have received many compliments and envy from those who have"hair challenges".
