In the past year I have had Emily Helton as my stylist. She is fantastic and knows her business. I have an appointment with her every 4 weeks and no hair line has ever been needed. A stylist like Emily makes my experience with Hair Club great.

I have been a client since 2004 at the Oakbrook Terrace location. I made it to a senior citizen at 77 years. But in the three years it is becoming too costly to maintain my membership. The future business plan needs to incorporate discounts for seniors. I do without some of my retirement needs to continue with the membership. In addition, I always have had excellent service from hair stylist and the other employees. The company needs to maintain a positive working environment including improved benefits. The company's gross and net profit margins tell me the numbers are easily there to improve adequate retirement benefits, insurance and ,of course, comparable industry salaries.
