I've been a hair club client for about a year and a half now. Ithe has been a life changing experience for me. Sure it takes a little time to get used to the process, but now it's just another part of my life. I'm so grateful I found hair club when I did, wish I found it sooner.

I was treated very well at Hair Club. I looked forward to my visits during the 6 months. I left because of the high cost.

The hairpiece is good overall but I have continuing problems with fit. Nobody seems to be able to apply the hairpiece without wrinkles. The Bronze plan - 4 hair pieces per year with the 6 weeks between services equals 48 weeks not 52. That creates confusion and strained feelings at the end of the year. The price is a bit excessive. You area asking me for feedback. Do you really think that ridiculous Terms & Conditions policy is appropriate?

The people at Hair Club are very friendly and accommodating, product is very good. The only caveat that I have is that it wasn't made clear to me at the initial meeting how much maintenance and additional cost would be involved after the first six months.

I like my hair most of the time However, stylist change too often. I have had three leave after I got used to them. Also, appointments are difficult to get when convenient. Service is expensive.

I have been a member for 5 months. The staff is super friendly, sensitive, and versed in the business. The only complaint is the lack of hair stylist. Finally, they hired one (Stephanie). Now, I walk out with my hair looking natural and stylish; not like a high quality wig. I feel like a movie star after Stephanie's magic. They need more Stephanie's (hair transformers).Other than this one issue, HC is the best in the business for hair-challenged men and women.

Good service. Stylists need to take a breath between clients and actually look at the files for the clients they call in. Way too many times all stylists are asking me what I am their for, a frontal, a full service or a cut in. When they guess right they don't remember my hair style when they remove my old system, forget I take color on the perimeter, etc etc etc. I have had system since 1987 and the salons which are thought highly of know their clients and their needs. Notes are updated and actually reviewed in the file and a quality assurance manager is actually going room to room and checking quality rather than asking, "hows it going" and moving on to the next room. The client must have participation in the schedule of the appointments and the center should have more stylists to offer more availability.
