I agree with the other posters about getting ripped off! I didn't know until I was in the chair what to expect for my $2000. Basically after being given the brochure at the consultation and expecting the Xtrands treatment, when I arrived, they slapped a unit on my head and that was that. I was pleased with it at first, until it started shifting and shedding! It's a constant problem to keep it in place, and now it's so shabby that I can't wait to buy a wig and be done with it. MAJOR lesson learned! UPDATE: Thank you Michael for reaching out to me! I really appreciate the solution that was offered to me. So I have changed my rating. You really do stand behind your product! =)

I recently got hair treatment from the Hair Club. The staff here is very nice and cares about the comfort of any customer. Loved their services and will visit again!

With new management coming in I can't give you a review, but the old management was good. Seemed to get me in when my program allowed me. Hair stylists are courteous and helpful.

The service and staff are extremely helpful and great instructing regarding hair care. I have noticed the hair piece quality varies effecting appearance, texture, and maintenance. Some months it's great and other months I cannot wait to change hair pieces. Discussion with the staff quickly demonstrates it's beyond their control.

Going to Hair Club has definitely changed my life. I was so nervous when I first went and actually cried at the consultation appointment. Your staff person assured me that I would be very happy after my first appointment. I was pretty nervous going but by the end of my 1st appointment I was amazed. I felt like a new person and years younger. Hair Club has given me a new outlook on life and now I love my hair. A huge thank you to Lana who is a wonderful stylist and really understands me and to all the staff who make me feel so comfortable when I come in.

Worth the value, especially if you are a super busy professional who does not want to have issues managing your hair matters.

Great treatment

Well...Once I came to the club ...I was expecting a minimum of 70% of sastifaction...I am receiving about 98% of sastifaction which is pure good to me.
