I have been going to the location of Orchard and I-25 in Denver. Since I started close to a couple years ago, the communication has been poor. My hair is often ordered wrong, and recently, there’s been several stylists leaving due to management and how they’ve been treated. My stylist left and she was wonderful! I’m now with the main stylist eveyone sees as a new client. In my opinion she is extremely over-worked and taken advantage of by management as well. My hair is very important to me since I have very little of my natural hair left.

I have been with hair club for over two years now and have had nothing problems. The "units" have not fit right, the front doesn't adhere in the front, the hair mats up and falls out so much that it's embarrassing! The office manager, who is no longer there, would constantly question/ imply that I was intentionally damaging the hair to get free services or would say that i wouldn't have those problems if i would upgrade my membership. So, because I didn't go with the one of the more expensive levels of membership, i get the crappy hair. I have purchased every product that they suggest in an effort to "fix" the hair from both product lines! I began with the Maxxam line and was told after I spent hundreds of dollars over a few months to stop using it and switch to the Trima product line. Now I have to change the type of hair i chose and hope it works better. I have yet to experience any real freedom since I am constantly concerned about it looking like a birds nest or cleaning up hair everywhere i go. The only reason i give two stars is because my stylist is great. She does all that she can, within the constraints placed on her, to improve the condition of and get suggestions about the hair. I give her 5 stars!! I'm trapped.

You always advertise about the customer service that you offer your clients. This is something in the past, I remember when I joined the company couple years ago and it seemed like everyone want to help. Now, If you try to reschedule an appointment, it’s impossible. They don’t even return your call back to let you know that you’re busy. It’s really sad. I’m currently looking for a hair replacement company maybe if you start losing some clients you will pay attention to the customer service again. I also regret that I recommended 4 of my friends.

i went to HC when i was going on a cruse. i have been wearing wigs and wanted hair i would not have to worry about on the cruse. i was told the first unit of hair would be ready in time, it was not. they apologized and gave me a hair unit they had in the office. the texture was good so i accepted the hair. i'm a Black woman so i wanted a texture that is close to my natural curl pattern. the hair was very hard to manage, it took a lot of HC product to keep it untangled. the staff was very nice at the New York location. they did what they could, but it took a long time for each unit of hair to be ready. the hair would come out in clumps and become very dry. i would go to the HC office to get the hair done but in a few days it would be brittle again. nothing worked. i have and i can buy better hair online. a good 360 lace or lace front is better then HC hair. i was so disappointed and saddened by my HC experience. i thought i had found the answer to my hair issue. HC was not the answer. think hard before you go there. if you need a full head unit its a lot of glue and if it is not place right it can pull the skin open. you have to buy there hair care products and that only half works. i could go on but i think you get my point. they try, but the world of hair is far beyond what they have to offer. good luck to all my hair issue people out there. maybe HC will work better for you then it did for me.

They promised me my hair, but I lost money. My hair began to fall out quicker since I joined hair club. I feel as if it was a waste of money and time.

I had two really bad experiences with the hair club in Phoenix I was put with a girl who was fairly new and I had to go back and let someone else fix my hair and my last time there she did the same thing and I ended up at the Bloomington Il. Store to be fixed it cost me my time and money. I am not happy.

I went into the nine month treatment program. It ended in January of this year the end result was not satisfactory. I discussed it with the person in charge of the Pickering, ontario location where I was getting the treatment. He claimed that he would call me to come in so that we could discuss other options as per the contract agreement. Todate I am still waiting for a call to set up the appointment. Honestly I have spoken to other people and found out that once you have paid for the plan and it is finish, noone seem to care if you happy with the result or is willing to give you a secon option as per contract. It was a waste of money and time for me. Very unsastify coustomer

To be honest: I want my money back or some compasation based on days I suffered. I am associated withe media and will be designated as a public figure pending upcoming media work. I purchased upfront the recommended product to address concerns I shared prior to purchase. The most expensive solution (surgery/transplant) is starting to look cheaper to pursue than the solution I paid for. I'm being upfront and honest: I received this survey weeks ago debating if i should submit it. The staff at HCM was very friendly and accomodating, but I got mislead with expectations. I paid in full for something that was suppose to be a non-surgical solution that would require maintenance over time; I understood it's a process to get things right and see desired results. I was told this is a "solution' vs "temporary" or "conditional rental" .... The actual "scope" of maintenance and what the purchase actually paid for was the disappointment because everything is looking "temporary" or just falling under "on-gping services". The yellow flag for me was when I asked about "how long this product would last that I purchased?" and answer I got was "it depends..." The venues I attended where the product really had to "function well", it failed more than it won. I was hiding what I paid for in public spaces because it didn't hold, it changed in volume (size) which compromised the purpose of having it. To conclude, I was asked to start a new contract while current is pending to expire due to 2 months required to create replacement product due to anticipates wear and tear...this is a sensitive topic because I like the whole staff, but I feel like sharing my experience with the media because what you are paying for isnt clear and absolute. Even at this time, I don't know if the product I have is mine to keep vs it's only good for the contract?
