I started with Hair Club somewhat skeptical about what they could do but figured it was worth a try. During the initial consultation, they were very upfront & honest about what they could accomplish and gave me a list of options that were suitable for me. I could do as little or as much as I wanted to. No pressure to choose one way or the other or even to keep coming. I chose to get monthly treatments so my scalp & hair could become healthy. The stages of hair regrowth happened just as they said it would. No surprises or disappointments. I can see changes in my hair, so glad I took that risk!

I reluctantly invested the time and money to go through Hair Club's program. I committed to the process and seen results. Yes, it would be nice to have my hair restored to its original glory, but that's not realistic. I seen improvement in the quality and strength of my existing hair as well as less hair shedding. Things have seemed to stabilize. The folks I interacted with at my particular location were excellent. Friendly, reassuring and discreet.

I've been a member for almost a year now, I think. I have no complaints, I am very happy with the treatment I get when I arrive, during and when am leaving. I would love to work for the company and I have no problem being use as an example for new clients. Due to the fact, that I know how the client feels when they first get there and everything is explained. After, the explanation is just not the same as when you actually speak to an actual member.

The entire experience from start to finish was excellent! Extremely happy with the results. Had it done December 2016 and it has made such a difference in my self-confidence. It is now 2017 and I am planning on having a second procedure as soon as it works into my schedule. If you are thinking about doing it, take the chance! I think you will be pleasantly surprised. When I compare pictures of the before and after, I can't believe the difference. I would highly recommend Hair Club to anyone who is considering having the procedure done.

HCM has constantly improved the product and at my local salon (Orange, CA) the manager sets a tone of client appreciation and satisfaction and her staff supports her. As a client I've been severely frustrated, very satisfied and always relieved I had a choice to have hair....always wishing I looked good bald for the ease of it but, thankful I have a presentable option since I don't.

I'm happy that i made the decision to join Hairclub. Due to various health issues, the state of my hair had been declining and only getting worse. Since joining about 6 months ago I've seen hair growth in places I haven' t had hair in years. The progress is slow but worth the wait. Thanks HC!!!!
