I WAS PROMISED IN NINE MONTHS I WOULD HAVE MY THINNING SPOTS FULL OF HAIR; NOT THE CASE AT ALL. AT MY LAST APPOINTMENT I EXPECTED A MEETING OR SOMETHING. NO MEETING, NOTHING. NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES. I FELT SO UNIMPORTANT. I WOULD NOT REFER HAIR CLUB TO ANYONE. I' HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE

H C is only after your money the pretend to be your friend while you are their customer once the time of your contract is about to expire they will let you know that if you want to continue having that friendship it will be some outrageous amount of money if not they are not your friends anymore

I paid $3500 for nothing. I was hesitant about trying this procedure, but the sales people in the office kept pushing me forward. They never listened to my actual concerns. Instead they followed up everything I said with a statement that seemed to overpower my real concerns. In the end I paid $3500 and walked away with nothing. I was worried that the hair would look and feel fake and out of place on me. The sales person never showed me real hair samples until they were set to put it on my head. It looked awful and fake. It felt terrible on my head. I wore a hat until the second I could get that thing off of my head. I asked "What if I hate it?" The sales person said "We are not going to let you hate it." Well I hated it and they would not refund me. The end result looked nothing like the pictures I brought in as a reference and nothing like the pictures I selected in the magazine. I am not even sure why they had me show them what I wanted to look like because after I was well into the process they changed their tone and only promised to get close to what I was looking for. Well they did not come close. The hair piece was hideous and looked like a bad toupee. I regret ever entering that place. I do not make much money and thought I would be doing something nice for myself. Instead I spent money that could have gone to other things rather than wastefully into someone else's corporate accounts. Also, no one has returned my call after the holiday. I guess now that I am not sending money and buying product they find no use in responding to me. Waste!

Hairclub was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. The dishonesty was so bad, I was surprised the way your people acted like nothing was wrong and all was good after me expressing my displeasure many many times. I will never forget how I was lied to and will never forget to tell everyone I know that might be a candidate for your services and products how your people lied and left me $4000.00 poorer with no remorse, and no hair.

I am aware the price was going to be high, and I knew I could not afford going here, but I did hope there would be some solution for" happy" with all the nice conversations and great solutions mentioned on TV. That was my nightmare and I hate I ever went there, because I know now that something can be done, but I am going to be sad because I can't afford it. I Just want to say, no one was rude or unreasonable. They just thought I had money.

I was really clear that I did want nothing to be glue to my head sent an email explaining that to the lady Mitra that help me and that's what happened to me very disappointing with this company hair club because they are not saying the true about their service and I losses $1700.00 for nothing I which they were more honest on what they do.

Your hair system doesn't work. Your technical support don't listen to theirs customer and about may an excuses to very thing.

When i decided to do this I thought I would come out of this with a new look and new feeling.. instead they gave me the worst hair cut and the darkest black when my hair is brown.. Then i got home after hours of driving an ferry rides and after spending lots of money and actually was embarrassed and cried .. also when i tried to contact them and have it fixed they wouldnt call back for weeks and when i did get ahold of them and told them the issues .. the wanted me to buy a new one.. like really.. i just spend so much money on a wig.. and then have to buy another one.. also after a few days of wearing it.. i was to go out for the first time with the new look .. so jumped into the shower and guess what.. what was to stay on for weeks feel off right away once i shampooed.. never has it stayed on .. and I ended up working on it for hours trying to change the color to brown.. trying to have it cut to actually be a hair style people can like.. and i can like.. and it ruined my night.. then another time .. i went swimming for the first time in 20 years and it fell off in the water and i was so embarressed.. i have had it for a year and it has fallen apart and now it looks like the hair i got is losing its hair.. before i got this done hair club would call me every month till i did it.. and spent money i work hard for.. now i dont hear from them they dont care it was the worst thing i purchased.. and wouldnt replace it unless ii buy a new due.. myself i wouldnt recommend it to no one.. at least they should have sent me another one and actually back up what they say.. now i cant use it .. look worse than ever and cant do the things i wanted to do in life cause i have to keep my head cover with a hat alll the time... nothing for product to keep it on works from the glues to tapes.. soon as water hit it or i sweat at work it falls off.. and like i said it falls apart.. now i have nothing.. and just wasted money and got ripped off.. so they call me.. u know that before all this started.. they were friendly happy to serve and did what ever it took to have me go through this... after it all nothing. they didnt call once.. but now they do after the review and guess what.. u know how they want to help.. they want mme to now purchase another due and pay to go there .. and i dont live in van .. with loss of days pay .. ferry and etc.. it is a 575 dollar loss and on top of that they want to have me buy a new due.. like what kind of service is this .. already wasted 2000 on it and got nothing from it but garbage.. basically i took the money and threw it outside and let the wind take it.. to this day .. i have not had my hat off once.. what a business... well as of yet nothing.. they dont give a crap .. they got the money.. why should they now that i a worse off than before and lots of money out..
