Hi Nick... thank you for this feedback. I see you just started our Extreme Hair Therapy regrowth option. That is terrific! It is normal to lose 50-100 hairs a day, so don't get discouraged. We will contact you directly to make sure you know what to expect on your path to more hair.

So far I haven't experienced any serious side effects from minoxidil. Every thing seems to be going great so far. My hair seems to react well to the shampoo and conditioner you guys gave. No complaints so far. Really excited to see results in the near future.

Really great service. And really great solutions. Being in the military, there is a lot of stress. A lot of members (including myself) have dealt with a significant loss of hair. First dealt with a receding hairline by the time I was 20 years old. It slowly started to thin and sort of fixed it, but it got kind of worse. Hair Club offered a pretty good deal and hair helping me out right now. I have been a member since August. Great service. However, my only thing is do research in what you want to get out of hairclub. I rushed into it and tried out xstrands + instead of the reagular xstrands offer. They put a toupee on my head and it looked weird on me. It was also very uncomfortable. So I just switched to the regular xstrand package. It wasn't right for me because it didn't solve the issue I had with hair loss. It hid it. And I'm a reservist, so I could be deployed. Still a great service and option to look into. Just do research, watch some videos, and ask a lot of questions to see what's right for you before rushing like I did. Either way, it's still working out the way I wanted it. And if there are issues, speak with the consultants. I'd still recommend it though.

I have been a client going on 30 years.Over the years I have been completely taken back by the way HC Corporate treats their clients but I still go back because of the staff at my salon. HC should be grateful that the staff at the Elmwood Park N.J. provide the service, support and care to their clients. I give a lot of credit to me remaining a customer to Joann who goes above and beyond to help with appointments and especially to Jaime who is one of the main reasons I remain. Jaime goes above and beyond to make things right every time.
