The Tulsa does a good job. They need to strive to do better and strive to give the best service. I recently used the Fresno center and received the best service.

Professional organization that aims to please. The stylists are top notch but could be a little more attentive to detail in making sure the replacement is as best as it can be. Occasionally the stylist appears more interested in completing the job than making sure it's 100%. Also, I don't understand why the replacement will start moving occasionally after only a few weeks but other times will stay rock solid until my next appointment?

The stylist, products, as well as the programs are reasonable and good. However the facility itself is in need for attention. The rooms cleaning and the flooring needs to be improved

I really like the Xstrands. The problem was that after several months I started having an excess of supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, minoxidil, scalp cleanser,etc... I asked if I could get more strands in Lew of more products and was told no. So now I am actually moving on the a different options of hair loss solution and have this year's supply of product I will no longer need. So if therequired were more custom plans I feel that would serve your customers better.

My over all experience has been good! Having hair is better than loosing it as in my case. However, there are ongoing issues that don't seem to go away! The staff has worked very hard to help resolve the issues with approx 60% success. I am stilling seeking other options for the future of my hair loss treatment. If I had it to do over again I think I would probably go the transplant route instead of the HC Matrix System.

The cost of trying to regain or reduce the loss of one's natural hair is so great that it forces many to accept the fact that hair loss is inevitable and something to embrace as "your new look". I am almost seventy years old and still have most of my hair but starting to noticeably thin on top. The cost to remedy this wasn't negotiable. My wife decided to buy me a new set of golf clubs and wide brim hat instead of hair. Very cost effective. And who cares if a 70 yr old man has hair or not. Right?
