For the amount being spent, the hair should lay longer.. the glue and tape doesn't last as it should.

I wore an unacceptable style for more than six weeks because the hair was hard to manage and the manager claimed that the style had to be ordered. After contacting the club, for an appointment to see if the hair style had been mailed, the manager told me that the style had been there and they thought I liked the style I had worn weeks overdue. I was very disappointed, sales on products were almost over when finding out about it so, I asked them to send emails to clients once products go on sale. I must say that I expected more of this club.

I find that the hair does not last long. I normally have my hair start lifting up in a few days and a max of a week. It's often embrassing and annoying. I am often ashamed to walk the streets without a hat and since I am an actor it has affected my work. I tried to contact the one of the Altlana branches and I left a message. 1) NO ONE called me back!!!!! 2) They have a voicemail that currently says they are closed for Thanksgiving. We are in Januaray 2017. I have an emergency and no one got back to me at all. Completely upset at this ATL office. I live in LA but am in ATL for acting working. I will never recommend this company to any of my black friends and I know a few of them that were looking to check the company out of t worked out for me which it has not.

I am constantly told what to do, what to pay, when to pay with VERY LITTLE REGUARD TO WHAT I WANT....I am a professional businessman and I have always tried to give my customers what THEY want and not what I want...and that is just the opposite of HC!!! They try and tell me how I want my hair!!! not how I want it...I am told: Everyone else wants it "this way"...I don't care how everyone else wants their hair cut... I would like it MY way....

I was told in the beginning that I would be trained in how to take care of my hair, the use of the products and everything. But instead I got inconsistent care from different people. I felt like organizing was lacking. The people were nice but I did not feel like I had the professional care I was promised.

DL Spoke to Diane she loves her hair but is not experiencing proper educattion on product usage and is not having consistent stylist. - Spoke to the center Diane is coming in on 1/24/2017 we have extended her appointment time for further education.
