My experience at Hairclub in Bedford has been great. From the moment I walked in there I was made to feel welcome. The staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to help me. I could not be happier.

From the day I met the specialist Steven in Montreal I knew I made the right decision. I was sure that I would need a painful and expensive surgery, but Steven explained to me everything that was happening to me and why the surgery was not necessary. My hair has never looked better and I saved a fortune!!!

After recovering from Covid in early October, I noticed my hair was falling out. It was falling out in handfuls. This was very distressing and disturbing. I researched and found that this is a side effect for some people who recover from Covid.Telogen effluvium is what it is called. I worked with a physicians assistant and when we came to Savannah, I found the Hair Club group. Tari and Robin were wonderful. I had used headbands, scarves, and caps. I was reluctant to wash my hair as that caused even more hair to fall out. They met with me and we discussed options and solutions. Robin made an appointment to work with me, washed my hair and fixed it to hide the hair loss very well. They were both extremely kind and supportive. It is now 5+ months later and my hair is starting to come back. This is typical in cases with many cases of telogen effluvium. I am very grateful for the help that Tari and Robin gave me. I highly recommend this group!

There are few organizations that provide a total complement of professional staff members to include functional as well as administrative. Such is the case for the HCM Center in Savannah, GA. I would like to extend a "tip of the hair" to the management and to all of the stylists and technicians that make up the very cordial and efficient staff there. The unique professionalism of Terry, Teresa, Robin, and Daphne is exceptional in every regard. I really can't remember a time or a visit when I wasn't treated as a totally valued client since my first visit there over eight years ago. Whenever I've had work requirements that conflicted with an upcoming HCM appointment...they were promptly adjusted to accommodate me. Thanks much Savannah Team! -- BH

I like keeping my hair on instead of taking it off and on like a wig. To me it is a quick weave where you leave the hair on. the only thing taking the hair off hurts really bad, and the itching is sometimes unbearable. but I like my style and color of my hair. I like the professional and knowledgeable stylist that I have she is very very good.

Great service. Creative hair professionals! I enjoyed visiting hairdressers Mahogany for two years and now Christine . Both are gracious and totally accommodating. Everyone in the office is so welcoming as well.
