The reason I would rate two stars is because I got fake shampoo or it was expired the date was from 2018 it didn’t smell like it did it didn’t have the same consistency and it was chunky I’ve tried to email you guys multiple times and I haven’t got an email back. Spend 40 bucks on shampoo and conditioner I can’t use.

Very pleased with shipping and product, the lids are all cracked but that’s not a big deal to me
