It was packed really poorly. The top was broke off and shampoo was everywhere. It needed to be cased in a box that could protect it. Instead it was wrapped up in a bubble type envelope.

Love this product. But both packages had a problem with the the product pump. One wasnt closed tight enuff & about a 1/3 of a cup had leaked into the package. The next one I had received the pump top had been tapped down and was bent and broken. I will save the 1st product's pump to use on the second bottle. Is there a way you can ship the product with a simple cap and the pump cap enclosed separately in the package? That way you can insure the simple cap is on tight enuff for a proper seal & the pump/plunger can be wrapped in a safety product & placed in the package without being connected to the product. thanks much.

I was kinda skeptical about buying from Hair & Beauty but they are truely Awesome! Found a discontinued fav, order it, and it was delivered when they said it would be. One thing I didn’t like was no tracker but they immediately responded to email/ chat and all was well. So 5 👍👍👍👍👍

I got my clay spray today. I use this on my wigs for holding hairdos. It puts a coating on the arcylic strands so the hair pins have a rougher surface to hang on to BUT that does not make the wig hair rough. Anyone that works with acrylic wigs knows how slippery they can be, this is just help to create and hold styling. It washes out and leaves no damage to the wig. 5 stars.
