Had a hard-to-find Favorite Product!!
I was so happy to find one of my favorite hair products with HairCareandBeauty.com (Pureology's Color Stylist Control Twist). No one, not even Ulta, carries it. The product arrived in two or three days--excellent!

Product fine, process lazy or dishonest
I have no problem with the product. My order was shipped with less than I paid for. The packing slip was hand-corrected from a 2 to a 1. No communication, no refund. I had to write for the refund. Got a lame explanation, no apology.
Response from HairCareAndBeauty.comDec 27, 2018
Dear Buyer, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. It is due to our high quality control and excellent customer service that we make sure not to ship one item that was less than perfect to our buyers. A partial refund was applied for the missing item. Once again my sincere apology and thank you.
