Looked for a particular product…
Looked for a particular product everywhere and couldn't find it. Finally searched online and found it at this seller. Simply ordered and it was to me quickly. Even wrapped the plastic spray bottles in bubble wrap! What more does a person want.

great customer service but...
When I opened the shampoo the consistency was runny compared to what I'm used to with this product and the bottle wasn't completely full. The conditioner seemed okay but because of the shampoo I decided I didn't trust that it was the real product. I emailed and received a response right away with an apology and a prepaid return label. Great customer service! Bummer because I didn't feel like it was the real product and had to buy locally at full price because I was out.

shipping commitmen
Time to shipping commitment of 1 days vs the number of days it took vs tracking information etc were all extremely poor.

We are sorry to see were unhappy with our processing. We double checked the shipping process, and found that the order was placed on December 10, 2018, the order was processed and shipped within 24 hours, on December 11. The package was delivered on December 15, 2018, only four days after the order was placed.

Great products and quick delivery
Received my products very quickly and got exactly what I ordered. It is very hard to find the Joico daily care moisturizer, was very happy to purchase more than one.
