If there were more stars, Greg would get them!!! I had no idea what to do when my Facebook account was hacked. They changed all my info including my name. It was so scary to think this hacker would have access to all my friends and was currently sending them messages to try to hack their accounts as well. I highly recommend this company and highest praises to Greg. Due to my less than ideal internet I was not able to screen share my screen with him, he had to walk me through the whole process and I was a complete mess. He got me back into my account and then helped me secure it so that this could not happen again. Thank you hacked.com and Greg!!!!!

Greg Franklin at Hacked.com is my hero! My Facebook account got hacked four days ago; I was locked out and my page totally disappeared. I thought I had lost years of photographs, messages, and memories. After reading a Washington Post article about hacked Facebook accounts, I reached out to the company they referenced, hacked.com. Two days later I had a 50-minute Zoom meeting with Greg; it was clear he had the knowledge, experience, and aptitude to solve this issue. He is also very kind and understands the trauma of being hacked. I am happy to report my access to my Facebook account was restored tonight because of hacked.com, and all of my memories are still there. Ten stars, highly recommend!

Waste of Money!
Legit company, as rep was on time. However, there is nothing more that they were able to do for me (dealing with a professional Facebook hack) than walk me through the Facebook help center, which, as a literate adult, was absolutely no help as I’d already tried those methods.
I left a mediocre review on site jabber, and then received an email response that I could request a refund the next day. When I did so, a rep was BIG mad because of the truthful review that I left, and denied the refund (that I was probably never going to get anyway), siting that “I should have spoken to the company first.”
I could hear his tantrum through the text.
Advice: If you can use the FaceBook help center and it still got you nowhere, spending money to speak with Hacked.com isn’t going to get you any closer.
Charging someone $95 to tell them, “You should contact the California Attorney General,” is a fluffy way of saying, “I work for an over assertive company and I can’t help you, so you need to go to this higher authority if you want real assistance.”

This is your second review of our company and service that is damaging to our reputation. I see that you are trying to find as many platforms as possible to give us a 1 star review.
After giving the damaging review yesterday on Sitejabber you wrote: "I had an appointment with Greg yesterday and unfortunately he wasn’t able to get me any closer to receiving my Facebook account than I’ve already gotten myself. I’m hoping for a refund as the service was basically a waste of time and money."
I then wrote back that I didn't like the review you made about our company on Sitejabber and that: "Next time, try to talk to the company prior to leaving a damaging review to see if you can come to an understanding and get a partial refund."
You then wrote to me: "Great. I can remove a review… but I guess you can just take this up with my credit card company."
Which basically felt like a threat. And I do not succumb to threats. Nor do I agree to corruption which it would have been if I asked you to remove the review for a refund.
I hope you are able to fix your issue with Facebook. I also hope you can stop attacking us as we are trying to help people. I am sorry we weren't able to help you.

When my Facebook got completely hacked, I thought the only option was to start anew. My husband found Hacked.com and read some great reviews. BEST $95 EVER SPENT! Aaron was great and did not give up after hitting several walls to get me back in. Once in he walked me through all the security features to make sure the hackers were completely disabled from my account. I hope to never have to use Hacked.com again but will not hesitate if I have too!

Wow! Get you Facebook back!
Wow! These experts are so good. What a blessing to get my Facebook page back, not just for me, but to prevent exposure to my friends to the hacker. Amazing experience. I had tried to regain control of my hacked page but was unsuccessful. In 40 minutes with Hacked.com in a Zoom meeting, they had my site back and helped me improve the security settings.
