Christian Erickson is an absolute genius. He managed to recover my Facebook account. The account had a 2-factor authentication that he got past. He gave concise instructions and led me anytime I was a little lost or confused. He also was personable and easy to communicate with.

Do not use their services unless you are desperate.
Although the people who try to assist are professional they are not living to the expectations that you want them for. When I disputed the charge next as my service they did not complete. They begged me to take it off.
The founder Is very unprofessional and treated me horrible as I was upset but wanted a solution, His response is below. Perhaps I was upset but this looks like a threat. Do not pay these people unless they help you.
As you can see from the response they provided below they just happened to provide there is no reason with this company. I spoke to the CEO and although very professional after I posted this review and we had a few more email exchanges there was no reasonable attempt to solve this. Perhaps we could have come to a resolution, but we did not. In addition it was he who said the Hard way it is at no way my email was a threat it was a choice on the action we both can take.
Again he said
"Hard way it is, Gregory."
Your conduct is not something I want to reward with a free consultation. I'm sorry.

Before approaching us for a refund, you disputed the charge with your bank/PayPal. This action triggers a mechanism where not only is the full amount you paid deducted from us, but we also bear an additional fee levied by the bank/PayPal. This is a significant concern when such disputes are initiated without prior communication or request for a refund.
The dynamic of our interaction took an unfortunate turn when you mentioned, "Now we can do this the easy way sorry or the hard way." This statement, which suggests a threat, was your initial response, and it set a challenging tone for our subsequent interactions.
In the light of your threats, such as leaving negative reviews, escalating the matter, and expressing your discontent on social media, I believe it is important not to reward such behaviors. By doing so, we would inadvertently encourage a precedent of hostility and disrespect, which is against our principles at Hacked.com.
I recognize that we may lose the dispute and you may receive your refund, but it's not the central concern here. Our priority is to demonstrate to our clients that we won't be swayed by aggressive tactics. We treat every client professionally and expect the same level of courtesy in return.
To sum up, our primary aim at Hacked.com is to provide top-quality, professional services, with the understanding that our clients are courteous, understanding, and aware of what they are purchasing, i.e., consultation services. If this understanding is not in place, the relationship becomes counterproductive for both parties.
