Waste of time and money
Activities used to attempt to recover hacked personal facebook page were a total waste of time. When called out on this, failed to even respond to emails sent. Don't waste your money. They'll just send you on a wild goose chase. Update: I in no way expected services at no charge. But what was concerning was responses received from the forms that the Hacked personnel had me complete clearly stated that the entities to which these forms were directed had no bearing or influence over the Meta platform. Emails from the support representative simply asked the same questions or asked for the same information repeatedly

Dear Valerie, I'm sorry that you feel that way. As noted on our site and in most of our email replies (which some are automated so we can handle the large amount of emails we receive) we can't follow up each client for free via email. If you need further assistance, we would be glad to help you. You can even choose a different security expert to get a second opinion. You do need to pay for the time allocated. Thank you for understanding, Jonas Borchgrevink Founder of Hacked.com
