Heritage AuctionsReviews of ha.com

I had a great experience selling some family coins. Cass at Heritage was upfront about fee structure and how best to maximize coin sales. I was very pleased with the amounts I earned and would recommend them and use them again in the future. The process takes time so if you need a quick sale this isn’t going to be your best option. Thanks a lot Cass.

Sarah Miller, out of the New York office is excellent! She is so knowledgeable and is so helpful with the consignment process. She is an asset to Heritage Auctions - Regards, Robert Jackson Client # 1866010

Very professional and hard working service . Highly recommend. Thank you, Oren Bitman’s.

Working with HA to build my collection has been a pleasure and a wonderful experience. They set the gold standard on customer service. They offer great coins and the pictures are the real deal. Thank you HA, Sarah and the rest of the team! Keep up the sensational work!

Doing business with Heritage is a memorable experience, the experts are always available and happy to help.

Have been a client for decades and find Heritage to be the most transparent and honest auction house. Really appreciate that they started to ship instead of using a third party for some items.

I've bought from Heritage Auctions for the past few years, but the service is getting worse. It can take days and multiple attempts to get a reply to an email. The items that used to be dispatched within a few days, now take weeks to be dispatched. Meanwhile the fees keep increasing as the customer experience declines rapidly.

Broken sign-in, fix your website. The website does not even remember sign-in credentials so I can not make a bid. Worst site experience I have ever had.
