Also, you should you desire to buy at-home items, you can find most of them for better prices sold new at stores like Macy's.

Shipping issues are rare. Sometimes garments arrive damaged. This is also rare. Service is great. Problems are quickly resolved.

I honestly love the service. It has been a wonderful help as I continue my weight loss journey. Some suggestions that I would share is to add more business attire. There is an overwhelming number of dress choices but suits, business pants and non-boxy blouses are lacking.

Love the fact that I can receive clothes for the Plus sized woman and send them back. The only complaint I have is the smell of the clothes when they arrive. It's very strong, but figured it was from the cleaning process or where they are stored, but not so much of a problem that it's a deal breaker.

Gwynnie Bee has been a good value for the money. I like having the variety in my wardrobe and the ability to wear items before buying them and then getting them at a discounted cost. The free cleaning is an added bonus. The selection of clothing is good and almost everything I get sent to me fits. Customer service - when I’ve rarely needed it - is polite and effecient. My only issue has been keeping up with returning items timely on my end. I live in an apartment so have to take the packages to the post office to return them and I just don’t get around to doing it very quickly. Thus I sometimes feel like I am not getting the most for my money out of the service.

I like the option Gwynnie Bee gives the shopper a chance to select clothes that you like, get the correct size, add and delete items, etc. We wear the items and then ship them back and keep what we want to purchase. I just wish that some of the items would be a little cheaper in price considering they have been worn.
