GB has given me a great opportunity to try styles I never would have tried otherwise. It's even changed my personal style as I found things I looked good in that were new to me. I also love variety so this gives me a chance to add to my wardrobe without filling my closet. The pluses are that they often have a good selection in my size. I have gotten compliments on items I've worn. I have loved some items enough that I've bought them. The items arrive in great wearable condition. The one time I had to talk to customer service (for an item lost in the mail), they resolved it quickly with no fuss in 2 minutes (literally). It's also great for special occasions when you need something dressy you'll only wear once. The only complaints I have is that the turnaround on shipping new items out sometimes seems very slow to me, often longer than a week. And that there seem to be a lot of similar styles. I wish there were more variety (fewer floral prints!).

Honestly I like most of the fashions you provide, giving me lots of options which I like, but I feel that once you select your closet, you often will not receive many of the items chosen. Items that you may select to wear at a certain occasion don't come within the time frame. I selected several pieces when I first enrolled. Even though they were on my priority list, they were never received.

I really love Gwinnie Bee, I get to try different styles at an affordable price! My only complaint is when PURCHASING an item, why must I wait until a RENTAL item is being sent out...?

I love Gwynnie Bee. I recommend it to people all the time. I think it is a MUST HAVE for any professional plus size woman. I have tried other similar services and ha TERRIBLE experiences. Lately, the clothing has become a bit redundant (too many similarly styles and colored pieces) and the price is going up in a way that isn't sustainable for me, but I have been with them for over 3 years and still recommend to others.

I have loved the service for 2 years. During that time I’ve only had a few problems but nothing that would make me want to leave. My lower price has been locked in for me, but it upsets me that if I did want to upgrade my service I would have to pay the current much higher price for the service. So to me, that means they don’t really want me to upgrade because if they kept all the original rates I probably would have upgraded by now. What I do like: the clothes are always clean, no major signs of wear and tear, and usually the reviews from clients are on point. What I don’t like: the upgrade point I just made, the prices to buy the clothes can be a bit high so I rarely purchase unless they go to clearance, and when I order from clearance the clothes may not be as pictured - I ordered a pretty dress for my 30th Birthday and literally cried when I saw that what I got was not what the picture looked like (probably why it was on clearance and non-returnable)!! I still won’t leave the service because I do like the clothes and I’ve learned to read alllllll reviews!

I love the whole concept of Gwynnie Bee. As someone who is in the process of losing weight, it doesn't make sense to buy clothes until I reach my goal size. Gwynnie Bee allows me to have a varied wardrobe without having to purchase items that will eventually be too big. I have been a member for over a year and I still enjoy the experience. My only bit of constructive criticism would be the following: 1) The chemical used to dry-clean the clothes does not have a very pleasant smell. It doesn't smell oppressively bad, but it doesn't smell good either. 2) I wish there were more dress and blouse options with longer sleeves. Due to scarring on my arms, I do not wear sleeveless or short sleeves. I prefer 3/4 or long sleeves. 3) Many times I like an item, add it to my closet and "prefer" it, hoping to increase my chances of receiving it. Far too often, I never do. :( Overall, I am very pleased. Thanks Gwynnie Bee!

I enjoy the service very much, and they try their best to ship new rentals quickly. My only complaint is that I'd like to scale back the subscription for a bit, but it costs $49 a month just for one item a month rental - that's kind of crazy!
