Hello Devon, Many thanks for your review. Yes, we do see that out of the last 10 shipments, regrettably, 02 were indeed delayed beyond our stipulated 72-hour processing time. We apologize for this shortfall and have applied a 14-day free garment upgrade (7 days apiece for each delay), to compensate you. Note: We would request that you reach out to us immediately via phone/email should you experience any issues in terms of garment quality/delayed shipments, etc – so we may quickly identify and address them. We can also understand that you are looking for a wider variety to choose from and closet.
