Great products and even the shipping was processed in a reasonable amount of time considering the state of things. However, I purchased something using my old address on accident so I immediately attempted to contact the support team before my order went out but I did not receive a response on time. Once their team actually got back to me and saw the situation I was in they were more than willing to process me for another order, this time with my correct address at no additional cost to me. Thank you!

Disappointed.
Ordered on or about April 2nd. It appears that my order was lost? I had to inquire via email without getting satisfactory answers. Finally I called on Tuesday April 21st. Finally got an email stating that it is being shipped. It is now Thursday April 23rd. USPS Tracking number still shows that my item has not been picked up for shipment. If not picked up tomorrow I need to get a refund and go to the competition.
