Still waiting but hyping it up

I bought an available product and they wasn't send u til a week later, they never answered my email and i still waiting my lenses. I can't talk about the product yet.

I noticed a remarkable difference in my sleep patterns and no more dry eyes and blurred vision after 1 week of wearing my new Glasses... I am a Television Producer that spends 12 to 16 hours a day in front of two 32 inch Monitors editing video for Network delivery... These glasses made a huge difference in my life and the difference they made in just my sound sleep is unmeasurable!!! Thank you Gunnar!!! I've already ordered 3 more pairs for Family members as gifts... A side note: If you are a person with a larger frame and head I would recommend the Gunnar "Riot" Frame because it is a nice wide frame that doesn't press hard against your temples and looks great fashion wise on larger framed people...Also, I would buy the "Amber" lens at a minimum simply because of its coverage...I work in an environment where I have to color correct video constantly and the tinted lenses do not interfere with my true assessment of color grading whatsoever!!! Do yourself a favor and don't buy the cheap copycat versions out there!!! Gunnar is the real deal and worth EVERY PENNY!!! PS... Pick up a case too!!! They are bad to the bone and perfect to lay your glasses in at the end of the day on your desk so you never misplace them!!!

I called and also emailed multiple times to have my shipping address changed but never received a call or email back.

Shipping label was created 3 days ago and hasn't been shipped. Honestly Gunnar, you could have gotten a better review of you actually sent me my product before you sent me a survey. I've had Gunnar for years and really like them, but Jesus Chris how hard is it to take the box to postal receiving before you send me an email about tracking? Or atleast within 2 days after sending me that email. Quit being dumb in the Gunnar distribution department.

Lenses seem to do as advertised but would not reccomend wearing for long sessions. If you have good eyesight your eyes will strain to compensate wearing the Gunnar for long periods of time. Wrong colour shipped. Attention to detail like this separates quality companies from others. Customer service is 'here's your ticket number' when emailing them for feedback. Made in china stamped on the side of the frames cheapens the product. Disappointed they were not made in the US. No hard case supplied with product. Again another quality aspect that should be standard with their entire range. For what you pay for these supposedly high end glasses it's disappointing.

I got my glasses 2 days early and started using them immediately. Now when I take them off the world just seems too bright. I can't wait to use them at work to see if they help with the headaches I get from staring at a screen all day.

Received Phenom with right lens not in frame, floating around during shipping. Placed lens back in frame and it was out of tolerance enough to to move .75mm (Laterally) after frame was tightened Had to register glasses to start any process to remedy (this is issue because they were purchased from the Gunnar website AND entering information for out of box failure is not in my information security interest). Once registered, to get fixed/replaced would have had to coordinate and pay for return shipping. No longer worth my time and effort- taped and into garage toolbox they go.
