I've so far have waited a week to get the order processed. Now it's currently still waiting to be picked up by USPS. Not sure what's going on. I sent an email to support to get an update, but no one responded to me. I get things are a little hectic right now, but just a quick email back and let me know what's up would have been nice. Hopefully they will come in later this week.

Your reps were all very nice, professional and courteous. My issue is with your labs. I ordered the glasses March 6th. They were botched and too another 3 weeks to remake them. After this screw up they should have been a priority. They were set to arrive tomorrow. May 6th would have been 2 months. So we're at about 9 weeks. I've been in quarantine with no way to read beyond 15 to 20 minutes. This includes gaming. Let's hope they will alleviate this.

The checkout process was not clean and I haven't received the product yet.

Amazing Quality. Defintely helps with eye strain

I've been a repeat customer and I've always been happy with my purchases. Most recent purchase came with glasses in poor quality and defective. For the first time contacting Gunnar's support, I reached out via email to their customer service just to be told bluntly "we do not cover return shipping" on defective product. I called them to better communicate the situation. I never got a hold of a representative through non-prescription team. Not once. Eventually, talked to a representative on prescription team about the issue. Sent me RMA with return label. Once return was delivered to their facility, I sent an email after 7 days asking about return status. No response. Called them, no answer on the non-prescription team. Again, talked prescription team and thankfully RMA is fulfilled. Tl;DR Received defective glasses. Customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of, and are more or less reluctant to help you and stand behind their product. All in all, that was thoroughly painful customer service experience and a lot of time and money wasted. Going to shop around other competitive brands.

I just received it. Packaged all nicely but it is not the right pair of glasses. I ordered a Vertex which is square around the edges. The one I received today is circular around the edges....A pain, a real pain.

I was surprised at the difference these glasses made for my eyes. It's much easier to sit in front of the screen for longer periods of time without the extreme dryness and irritation. Good fit with a headset as well (for the most part.)

Love love love!!!!! They are super stylish and it would probably wear them without the filter technology, but not having a migraine anymore as a DevOps engineer who also loves her video games knocks these out of the park. My husband wants a pair too.
