I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and only…
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and only received one pair. I have called and left a voicemail and sent an email regarding my issue and have not heard back. Please let me know if you can help me get my other pair of Large kids amber non prescription glasses that were not sent to me.

Your product is acceptable.
Your product is acceptable, but your emails are horrendously annoying. You also offered me multiple offers for discounts for having purchased some of your glasses. People don't buy 20 pairs of glasses, they only need one. So either you are just spamming me with illogical offers or you expect people to want different pairs, which would suggest there's something wrong with them, or you expect less than satisfactory responses.

The glasses are great but the customer…
The glasses are great but the customer service is ridiculous. Emailed and called and still no reply. They charged my account four times one of which was the actual charge and only refunded me one out of three of them.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
my son wanted a squared frame with Amber tint, he got a round frame with yellow tint glasses. He will leave for college next month and i have tried over 3 weeks to contact Gunnar Optiks and NO ONE RESPONDS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot return my item or get a refund. terrible experience. Bad enough my son cannot cross the stage for 2020 graduate.
