I’m pleased with my new reader computer glasses. Had a hiccup on my original order but that was my fault for misunderstanding what I ordered. It what a bit of a challenge getting in touch with customer service but when I did, they were courteous and quickly processed my return and new order. Now that I have my new readers, I can say these provide the best visual clarity,are comfortable to wear, and have reduced my fatigue from looking at a monitor all day. One wish Gunnar, please add addition colors to your selection and I’ll buy more.

Took a little bit to get here and get used to, but these has helped my eye strain so much! I work all day at a computer, these are a lifesaver.

2nd UPDATE I eventually did receive my glasses. Gunnar took responsibility for the issue although we discovered the issue was the USPS who eventually delivered a crushed box.(the missing and crushed item was received via mail forward) All through it took about eight months to solve. to once they were alerted, Gunnar stuck with me the entire time until we saw it through. UPDATE No Gunnar. I did NOT receive my glasses. That was made abundantly clear in the title and unchanged review below. Mailed glasses in for repair. They never confirmed receipt. They never confirmed the replacement tracking number until months later. Unfortunately, the return transit became lost in the mail, due to bad communication from the shipper. Parcel company satisfied the claim with the shipper to mail a new replacement. Once again bad/ no communication from the shipper. 15 days later, no glasses no responses. The quality is mostly exceptional. However, If you buy from them, don't expect a warranty replacement.

Works great and reduces eye strain.

The glasses look great, they fit great, and are very lightweight. The ordering process was very easy, and I really enjoyed the "virtual try on" feature that was offered on the website. Between work and homeschooling, I'm staring at screens all day, and I'm prone to headaches that is only exacerbated by eye strain. These glasses have already made a difference! I'm very happy with this purchase, and I'll definitely recommend GUNNARS to anyone else who has similar issues!
