It would be nice to show on the invoice…
It would be nice to show on the invoice that currency is in USD. The arms on the glasses don’t have the flexibility to bend as easily as my other (more comfortable) Gunnar glasses. Okay, otherwise.

Mobile Experience for Submitting Prescriptions could be improved, but otherwise a happy customer
Honestly, it was a real pain to submit the order with the prescription because I needed to attach photos so they could do a mesurement. I have no webcam and the mobile site experience from my phone leaves much to be desired for this piece. I managed, but its a user experience that could use improvement as not everyone is that tech savvy. Otherwise, pretty happy. Just patiently awaiting my actual glasses. (Got the add-ons shipped seperately.)

If you are referring to custom's duties and fees we do specify on our website that we neither calculate nor collect these, and that for any international order the customer is responsible for these costs. We apologize for the inconvenience, we would love to be able to send our glasses out internationally with the same cost as within the US, but are unable to do so due to taxation laws. Our apologies!
