This is my Second pair of prescription Gunnar's they work really well for the daily blue light abuse I put my sight organs through. As a Systems Admin I found I would come home with red irritated eyes these always seemed to fix that.

Hi Timothy, The information we have indicates that the readers you ordered were shipped 10 days before the prescription pair, and that they were delivered on June 1st. Customer service is terrible and basically non existant. They do dot return phone calls, emails or FB messages other than generic automated replies. I was trying to get a refund on glasses that I returned and it took me taking out a claim with Amazon payments to get my issue resolved after several phone messages, 15 email requests and countless FB messages with no response. Buyer beware, if you need customer service, good luck, they have none.
