Website did show all the glasses, had to reload more. Should be easier to navigate the old styles which are still really good.

Absolutely love being able to "preview" what the glasses would look like on me. I changed which ones I actually got from what I originally wanted to get :) The one gripe I had was having to leave the preview window to change which glasses I wanted to preview. It didn't seem to load a new selection from within that window. It would also be cool if it would temporarily save an image so you can easily compare different glasses you've tried on.

I purchased prescription glasses, but when I received them, they were incorrect. I contacted them for a warranty, received the label, and sent them in. It is nearing three weeks with no update or information after they contacted me with return shipping information. I have no idea if they are in the process of correcting it, or it is sitting in their to-do pile. I have contacted them three times now and I have not heard back with an update. I understand that manufacturing a new prescription will take time, but I require the bare minimum communication of knowing what is going on with my purchase (that I paid for) (with money) (a month ago). The only reason that I did not leave a one star review is that the product itself--given that the prescription was correct--would have been satisfactory. Unfortunately, their pisswarm attempt at communication is really souring my opinion. EDIT: They reached out to me after I posted this review and have given me the update I wanted. Take that how you may.

Great experience overall. It's simple and effective. One suggestion (especially for a blue light glasses company) would be to add a dark theme option.

I ordered two of these glasses for two grandsons, ages 8 and 10, as they have them on their Christmas list. I was very pleased with the service and how they arrived. I am sure they will be thrilled with them when they open on Christmas Day. Thank you.

They sent Wrong prescription glasses and they promised to send a new Prescription glasses with Right Prescription. And they sent the New Prescription Glasses and you know what, the prescription is still wrong!! not as much as previous one but still wrong. This can cause migrain and headache!! I don't recommend GUNNAR Prescription as they don't make the glasses pricisely right to the prescription, I never had problem with inaccurate prescription from other brand like Essilor. So this is really bad experience from GUNNAR Prescription glasses that is quite expensive! I don't really use the glasses as it has wrong Prescription.
