I have sent emails, calls and messages with no response. Extremely disappointed at the poor service or I should say no service I received.
Response from GUNNAR OptiksJan 20, 2022
Hi Neda, Thanks so much for your feedback. Our small but mighty team does our best to respond to all of our customers as quickly as we can, but right now, we are experiencing higher volumes and typically respond within 3-5 business days. It looks like your inquiry is still within that timeframe, so we appreciate your patience as we get back to you as soon as we can. Best wishes, Terry

Hi Lucilia, Thank you so much for your feedback. We actually send these reviews to ask you about your overall shopping experience, so you may not have received your glasses yet! Gunnar Optiks offers great glasses. However, the reading glasses section was a little lacking this time. I did buy the kids glasses for gaming however, I ended up going elsewhere for mine as I need readers. I have been with Gunnar for years, I just don't like the styles available for readers. Sad, they produce quality glasses at ok prices. They just have not kept any styles old folks might like.

We're definitely working on expanding our inventory, from the availability of our lenses to the frames we have on offer. We appreciate your feedback. We hope you check back in with us soon as we launch more products this year! Best wishes, Terry

Gunnar was easily navigable and had just the right product for me! Now I can browse the web with ease. The only issue would be USPS shipping. They are slow and inefficient. It's been two days since my purchase and the shipping label was just created. I highly recommend UPS ground, considering I paid 5 dollars for expedited ground shipping, I'm not really seeing a difference.

This is my first prescription. I needed glasses for distance while driving and magnification while working on the computer. Unfortunately both prescriptions made it difficult to drive or work on the computer. I called c Gunner's customer service team was extremely helpful in getting me the product that I needed. I was walked through the return process, the correction was made to the lens and the glasses were returned to me promptly. I like the company and product so much that I ordered a 2nd pair immediately. Thank you for helping to restore my sight and for providing stylish options
