My glasses have a crack out of the box. Box was intact so most likely it was damaged during assembly.

The product quality is awesome as Always. Excellent product, brilliant design, and fair value. The problem that I see is the tracking process. I paid, and I could not see any progress on the website, I just had to wait without any feedback about time or ETD. It was worrying not to be able to know what happened to the purchased product.
