High quality products, high value for the price. I’m on my 6th pair. (Sun + prescription) I wish they also offered true clear lenses so I didn’t need to purchase glasses from anywhere else!

Easy process with good features. Tried the augmented reality to try different frames. Good explanations of the different lenses. Price was decent with the discount codes.

Great website, educational and easy to select what I wanted. Stylish designs and good selection.

My only complaint were the filters on the site that either don’t work or don’t have many options to filter which makes shopping frustrating. For example i can’t filter by frame color or even lens type. If I wanted to find some glasses that had the “amber max” lens I would have to click thru each pair to see if it was available. Fortunately I was able to get help thru the online chat feature and the rep that helped me was really helpful.

I emailed in this review but I'm putting it in here too because I simply enjoy my Gunnars too much to not. (I will preface that this review is my opinion and not a reflection of my employer. <3 ) I got my pair back at PAX West 2019 from your floor booth. You guys were so kind and helped me pick which one fit my face (and long nose!) best. While it took me a little bit to get used to them, once the pandemic started and working from home became a must, these glasses basically never left my face. Now with my current job being a Wizard, I wear my Gunnars at my meetings (to hide my sleepy eyes ;) ) and while looking at all the Magic. Definitely my favorite to wear day in, day out. I love these glasses and know that if anything happens to them, I'll be right back around to shop for my next pair. Y'all are great!!

Placing my order was easy, and the support team is incredible! I accidentally clicked the wrong type of prescription, the support team emailed me promptly to confirm the correct option based on my prescription, and also ensured that the refund, for the difference between the wrong option I chose, went through properly! This is my second pair of gunnar glasses, third pair for my family, and I know I'm not only in good hands, but that I'll be recieving an excellent product!
