From initial order to shipping notification took over a month. That is beyond poor. Since I needed glasses fairly asap, I ordered from another vendor and had them in a WEEK. My inquires were met by some scripted process babble from support. I know BS when I hear it, because I do it myself at work. Hopefully, when the glasses arrive they will change my life and the wait was well worth it.

I ordered glasses that were supposed to be clear lenses. They have a shade to them so whenever I put them on and look at something that is supposed to be white it looks a shade of yellow or brown.

I like the glasses that I received but they took longer than expected to arrive. Also, the coupon that I was sent for my birthday was not accepted and the free case that I was offered (and was on my order) was not sent.
