I've had two previous payout issues with my account (both my fault) I got a reply back within minutes and it was all sorted both times seamlessly and courteously. Steve from Support is particularly helpful. Keep doing what you're doing guys!

Steve, Manager of Support Gumroad really upheld what true customer service is and means. He notified me of the issues with my Gumroad account and instead of automatically deleting my product without explanation he thoroughly explained the issues and allowed me to remedy them on my end. He gave me speedy responses to my questions and it was an overall pleasant experience from start to finish. I am proud to be selling my products via Gumroad's platform. The support that I received was very understanding and helpful in regards to some charges made by another party through my account. My concerns were addressed almost immediately and the support manager was honest in their efforts to help me resolve my issue. I hope that this company can build more good reviews like this one. They definitely deserved it considering how I initially approached them with a bad attitude.

I reached their customer service to review and validate my account, and we did that in two mails. Just be cool with exchange one mail each day with them, and they will help you. I'm looking forward selling more on this platform. Moneys are on my paypal account, they are not scam.

I always receive the things i purchase and if noone get his money why would anyone sell on there ? The other reviews seem fkn sketchy.
