Contrary to most of the negative reviews here, I've never had a problem with Gumroad. Most of the negatives given on Trustpilot are the fault of individual creators using the platform, not that of Gumroad. The site is great, and I highly recommend it.

FANTASTIC product, never had a problem to-date (though it is sometimes a tiny bit slow to load). Have used Gumroad to sell digital products for over a year now. Having read several of the reviews here, nearly everyone who has written something negative seems like they tried charging back a seller for a product they already received & bought via Gumroad, do not mind these disgruntled scammers. Gumroad is an awesome payment processor and protects sellers by blocking customers who chargeback purchases (see their terms)!

Great service. Some great content on there and great source of income for upcoming artists.

I was supposed to buy an item using a discount code that would provide the team for free. The discount code didn't work and I got charged the full price. I explained my situation to the support and they answered me and fixed the issue, refunding the full price, in less than 24 hours. Nice customer support

There were some problems with my payout at the beginning, but after contacting the support team everything has worked smoothly. I receive my payouts every Friday and I am very happy about it:)
