I create an account, I'm still in the process of connecting my PayPal to Gumroad, they send me an email the next day that my account has been suspended; although I've shared all my personal information and spent a noticable amount editing my profile and writing an attractive intro about myself. What a waste of time, I really encourage you guys to not put in the energy or time, expect a disappointment!! Ah, let's not forget the customer support who answers you more than one day later!

The website is super confusing it says: add the product to the cart. But there is no cart I can access. I can not purchase any product anymore. It worked a few months back, but since they switched to this ugly new web design everything went to hell. I would say their user interface is the worst I have ever seen.

As soon as I purchased one of the products, they stolen my card info and to make many purchases of £700+. I lost £750 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful from this company. They rejected to release my payout claiming that there was a charge-back (which turned to be a lie BECAUSE I knew personally one of my customers!!). They easily stool all my income and suspended my account. When I tried to contact the customer service a guy with an Asian accent replied in a rude way and I never received my payout! It's either a scam or a poorly managed business. I would never recommend any creator to host their products there. The internet is full of other alternatives. (They would also claim that this never happened. From what I see on the other comments!)

This company has NO customer service whatsoever, and the marketplacy api is constantly not working . I can't save digital artwork - for some reason THEY STOPPED MY downloading capability after 3 files were saved. This is discrimatory and outright fraud. NEVER submit any artwork to Gumroad. Don't listen to those lying youtubers out there - they are all liars.

I've used Gumroad for 5 years but it worsened from year to year. - New UI of the purchase page is very very compromising and you can't change it - No more simple and fast pop-ups with checkout. Instead of this a separate page with 2 additional steps before a purchase can be made. - Fraudulent card transactions and constant chargebacks. People purchase products for FREE from you and moreover, your future sales will cover these chargebacks and even Gumroad fees. - Some customers can't purchase anything due to payment issues with cards, Paypal and etc. - 10-15% Fee per transaction 5 years ago Gumroad was a gold standard for small shops. But with each update, things started to go wrong. You can't disable unnecessary features for checkout that you don't need.

Bad UI/UX, one of the ugliest site I have never come across with.

Absolutely terrible practices. These a-holes keep stealing more and more of creators money. I've made $35K+ through Gumroad and all they did is continuously increasing pricing, and fees, and now they won't even refund the fees any more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
