You took 36usd.from my UK bank account, even though I NEVER bought anything from you. I asked you for an invoice which you failed to provide. I asked you to list the item I allegedly bought, again you refuse to answer. Disgusting beings. I truly hope karma will catch up with you.

They are scamer. Don't use their service. They suspended my account without knowing me.ehy they suspend my account. Even They didn't sent me any e-mail.I have $47 usd in my account.they didn't send me.

Totally and completely unresponsive. I made a purchase on the site and it turned out not to be what I was expecting. I contacted them literally the same day through the website form to let them know there was a problem. The message on submission said they respond within 24 hours. No response. I contacted them a second time. Still waiting for a response. Definitely would not purchase anything here again and recommend that no one else does.

My experience with Gumroad has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I invested a significant amount of time adding 45 of my hard-earned ebooks to their platform, only to have my account suspended without any valid reason. When I reached out to their customer support for an explanation, I was met with an extremely rude response, accusing me of not writing my own books – an absurd claim that couldn't be further from the truth. To make matters worse, any further attempts to seek assistance were met with silence as my communication with their support team was abruptly cut off. It's disheartening to see a platform that claims to support creators treat them with such disrespect and disregard. As a result of this unprofessional behavior, I have made the decision to move all my books to a different platform, one that values and respects its creators. Gumroad has lost my trust and confidence, and I strongly advise others to reconsider using their services if they value their time and hard work.

Avoid them. They have a bad service. I registered to the site uploaded some picture to sell it. A few days later I did a sell and after that i noticed my account was suspended. According to them my account is a risk to them :) Unbelievable. Avoid them . There are other great platforms . I give 1 star for them .

I submitted photos from two different cameras to get the actuations and it gave the same answer for both! Then came onto Trustpilot and found all this info... Fortunately I have no financial transactions with them.
