This is a TOTAL scam
This is a TOTAL scam. Their phone is an outgoing message and their website/support is an endless loop. Trying to reach them through LinkedIn didn't work either. I don't know what this charge is and the best I could get (via AMEX) is a "receipt" with the amount which I already knew and nothing else. This was a recurring change on top of it. I blocked any future charges and if I don't get anywhere with getting the 36.80 refunded or an explanation of what I purchased I am opening a fraud case. I have no email record of any kind which is SOP when you "purchase" something via online.

Awful to use to make a purchase and anyone using them to handle payment will be getting an automatic negative review from me. If you’re a vendor don’t use them.

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased digital downloads from Gumroad using my credit card. Gumroad then automatically took away access and refunded the purchase cost stating, "When we have reason to believe a purchase was made fraudulently, we are required to refund it. Could you please try purchasing this product with a different payment method and get back to us if you face any issues?" I then attempted to re-purchase the same items using my debit card, but again Gumroad automatically took away access and refunded the purchase cost. For several days I have been trying to reach them through the Gumroad support form and email but still no response.

Prolly hide your real sales
Prolly hide your real sales I sell on Envato mostly than I redirected all my links(from Youtube and Behance) to my shop in GR and my sales stopped ) now i changed links back to Envato and i have sales again How do you like it ha? Prolly folks dont trust them and thats why they dont buy from them but my thought is GR can easily hide your real sales
